Mubarak Balarabe is a distinguished pharmacist and public health supply chain specialist with over seven years of extensive experience in the health sector. Holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master of Public Health, Mubarak has dedicated his career to improving health outcomes through efficient supply chain management and innovative public health interventions.

Throughout his tenure as the Director of Pharmaceutical Services in Kebbi State, Mubarak has been instrumental in overseeing various health programs, including those targeting HIV/AIDS. Under his leadership, he has successfully managed the logistics and supply chain for antiretroviral medications, ensuring consistent availability and accessibility for patients in need.

Mubarak's expertise extends to data management, where he has ensured the collection and analysis of logistics data to inform health strategies and policies. His role also involved conducting training sessions for over 500 healthcare workers, enhancing their skills and capabilities in managing HIV programs and other public health initiatives.

In his capacity as the State Coordinator, Kebbi State Logistics Management Coordinating Unit (LMCU) Mubarak has led numerous health initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders such as the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA), Ministry of Health, and various international organizations. His efforts have been pivotal in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HIV/AIDS projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
