The Person Centered HIV Research Initiative (PeCHIVReT) was established in 2023 within the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Management at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. We are a dedicated research organization committed to advancing the understanding and treatment of HIV, particularly in the context of its comorbidities. Our unique approach centers on the needs, experiences, and perspectives of persons living with HIV, ensuring that our research is both relevant and impactful.

By prioritizing person-centered approaches, we aim to eliminate stigma, improve health outcomes, and enhance the quality of life for all individuals impacted by HIV.
