Chisom Amoke is an enthusiastic researcher and a HIV/AIDS advocate committed to raising awareness and promoting access to health care for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

She is a top notch health care professional with experience in community and hospital practice. 

She obtained her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and completed her internship in Enugu state university Teaching Hospital, Parklane. 

She has a strong drive towards helping people navigate through the challenges of HIV/AIDS and advocating for their rights and needs as members of the society. 

During her university days, she actively participated in various public health outreachs and campaigns where she witnessed the fear and uncertainty that the population experienced towards frequent medical checkups especially pertaining HIV/AIDS. This blossomed her interest in HIV research and also steming from a combination of academic curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact on public health.

As a compassionate HIV/AIDS champion, she aims to create a community of advocates that fights against stigma and discrimination meted against persons living with HIV/AIDS through education, public awareness, positive messaging, social media, HIV testing, etc. 

Chisom’s sole vision is to provide a convenient opportunity for persons living with HIV/AIDS to live with their current HIV Serostatus, exist as members of the society,  earn a living, have a family, most importantly to allow each person receive prevention counseling and help initiate behavioral changes to avoid transmission of HIV.

In all, Chisom Amoke wants to achieve through research and advocacy, improved quality of life and good health for persons living with HIV.
